yes i did a fresh install

i re installed and still had my mods so yeah.

i turned off cloud and i deleted the entire folder first

Check either for IPHLPAPI.dll or WSOCK32.dll in the your local pd2 files

sent u a screenshot of the files and none of those are there

Does it matter if those files are there or not becaue they aren't there for me as well

If you never modded the game they won't be there.

see if you have the epic launcher running in the background if you are playing on steam

so after the 4th reinstall it works
