Yesterday I tried joining my friends but the game won't start when we are all ready ( If i leave the game starts instantly). Sometimes I get inside the game but it's a huge desync either on my part or theirs ( They see me standing still near the van while I was behind them)
Tried removing mods, verifying integrity, Deleteing -steamMM from launch options ( with it on i can't see or join their lobby at all).
My friends are also on steam.
