Sounds like you can exchange dyes for other dyes... or for candles?!?!?!?! 
- Dye plants have been made way easier to burn and collect the dye from
- They're letting you toggle all UI now(?)

- Invisible wax has (apparently) now been fixed
- Apparently the delay between "the end of a cutscene" and "being able to light a spirit's husk" was a bug...?! Will need to try that

- They fixed something about a rogue spirit icon on the Vault map? Not sure if that's a bug any of us have encountered
- A bunch of smaller cosmetic changes (default capes look better now, clipping issues have been fixed, dyes are properly applied, etc.)
So yeah, biggest thing really is from that video they posted... patch goes live tomorrow, so I guess we'll see™

ok, well uh... update 31.5 is out now, so here's my usual patch notes summary:
- Welp, Message of the Day is indeed gone now. I can get them wanting to consolidate all the info into one place (the message board), but I also wonder how many people are going to lose track of when the season ends because it didn't tell them on the main menu... was it really worth the extra 1ms of loading time reduction because they don't have to fetch a single string from some API?
- New daily quests might be neat, but the ones today were normal, so...
- Haven't checked out the newly revamped areas yet, so will have to get back to those
- Also haven't checked out Grandma... according to the video, the buns should stay in place now because them moving around was a bug(?!?! Wonder if this is just saving face...)
- Removing the candle from the dye shop is sad, but having more ways to get dyes is probably good???
tbh, I forgot to visit there too, so I'll have to get back to that later - Adding the Days of Mischief puzzle box/cage is pretty nice, though I couldn't actually find which store they're at... maybe 'cause I already bought them
- Apparently you now have to have a linked account to like shared memories/spaces, or to send hearts... probably an anti-botting measure, but it's interesting they hadn't done this before if they knew it was an issue
- Thank goodness the constellation shift bug was fixed
- Apparently the 10h fast recharge spell (from the Two Embers ultimate area) was a bug, it was supposed to be 10min (like the regular spell you can apply). In hindsight, I guess 10h was a little ridiculous, but it also made me actually want to go there since you could give yourself a buff for the rest of your play session. A 10 minute buff that you can only get every 20 minutes after going well out of your way on any reasonable Candle Run route is not worth the one or two areas that gain a benefit from having fast recharge. RIP Two Embers ultimate cape I guess
- Finally, this wasn't listed in the changelog, but I think they changed what cutscenes count for the "skip cutscenes" option, since I went from Village of Dreams -> Colosseum, and the screen faded out/in to skip the slow animation of the gondola raising up... I'm gonna have to check if that means the Forest Temple door has finally been fixed 👀
