Do whatever you have to do to flag people who curse in team chat or change date & time to get rainbow cookies and event rewards.

Changing dates, I'm pretty sure, is already prohibited. I tried to date change in a Cookie Clicker any% speedrun (it's allowed in that category), and I had Cookie Inc. opened in the background too. When I turned the game back on, it gave me a system message warning.

It does warn you that if you keep trying to "date switch" you'll get your save wiped.
Whether or not that's true I'm not sure. Since I'm not planning to test it out.
