I think this would be a good idea because your arm won’t hurt anymore during frenzies and you’ll gain amounts of rainbow and/or light cookies and other rewards after the frenzy countdown ends.

It depends if make It 100% and then u Will skipe the boost that u would get during It

The 100% frenzy reward is to distinguish between AFK players and active players; if the reward gave 100% then there'd be even less reason to active play as even frenzies will give their full rewards.
So I'd say definitely not. Your arm shouldn't be hurting during a frenzy, you can slow swipe and still get it fairly easily
