[ADD] Normal/Rainbow Cookie upgrade that targets cookie mastery achievements.

This would probably fit better as a rainbow cookie upgrade that gives more cookies that need mastered and less cookies that are already mastered. I don't see why this shouldn't be added, even if it's an expensive upgrade

so only un-mastered cookies would appear

Oh, I get it now. I totally misread the sentence before 😂 It's partly possible to do this with cookie variety + natural selection in combination, but I know it still takes quite some time. I'll add this idea to our board 🙂

It is worth noting however, that cookie mastery is intended as a slow, over-arching process throughout the game.
