Im gonna TRY and go all 31 days to the gym in December.
Time my walking mile.
I think,
I can walk it in 22mins to start. And get that down by the end of the month.
But really, the goal is 209.09 lbs, for the new year.

My back is now only slightly fucked instead of totally. Lol
My plateaus aren't real. It's just my body holding onto water for 3 weeks a month before deciding not to.
I'm 168 now, less than half of where I started.
I'm celebrating by ruining my discipline with some greasy hush puppies and cheese fries

61.5k is my record for doing Jomon Sugi (Japanโs oldest tree). Itโs 9 hours out and back. Was doing so well with time, I made a side trek to an outlook.
