Got alleg installed on my MacBook yesterday. Yossi asked that I post about it. Super simple. My MacBook is an m3 cpu, so I downloaded the appropriate VMware Fusion Pro app and installed (it’s free). I own an unused win11 license, so I downloaded the arm64 iso. Added it to a new virtual machine in fusion.
During win11 installation you’ll get stuck at the networking screen. Do a “SHIFT+FN+F10” combo to get a cmd prompt. Then run OOBE\BYPASSNRO. This will reboot without networking and allow you to login.
Once logged in, install VMware tools to get video and network drivers added and voila. You’re good to go! Fully functional windows. Add steam and alleg and have fun!
