I am trying to publish instructions to the website forum on how to get Allegiance to work on Steamdeck, but I am not receiving the registration email. Checked the junk folder. There have not been many posts lately so I’m wondering if it is still working.

SteamDeck Fix for Multiplayer Lobby :: Microsoft Allegiance Help Line

How I got Free Allegiance to work on my SteamDeck. Just thought I'd share just in case someone else is having issues. After some trial and error I was finally able to get Multiplayer to work on my SteamDeck. The main issue is that DirectPlay does not seem to be correctly installed for Proton. So below are the steps that I think are needed.

Also who are you and what is Stram deck? Also thanks for posting a workaround for something I didn't know was a problem
