You shouldn't post it in multiple channels. If I didn't read the messages there I'd also say "remove your mods".
Anyway, try to see if there are any files in %localappdata%/VirtualStore (that's C:/Users/YOUR_USERNAME/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/) - If there's any directory related to GTA SA, delete it.
If it doesn't exist, uninstall GTA SA and install it again using:

.gta

Try to run as admin too or other compatibility mode like Vista.
Your singleplayer works? Do u have any modifications? U tried on only one or more servers?

If u have pirated version maybe there is problem and this version is corrupted.
