#Ppl cant connect to my local samp server

So i setup a local server to let some ppl test stuff i script. Everything's working to the point that i can connect, play etc. If someone else however tries to connect they're not retrieving Info. I forwarded port 7777 in TCP and UDP, unlocked them + server.exe + announce.exe from firewall but still they can't see nor connect. Does someone know what else i can try or if i missed something? I looked google for multiple hours but couldnt find anything that worked.
