That's i can't found, its happened only rarely and sometimes its crashing the server [not everytime]
I have made Phone wallpaper system few months before
I fixed fopen() crash few days before and this one was shown after that.
The dialog id : 103 related to the wallpaper system which was in BackTrace
But i tried that wallpaper change manytime to make that crash again it not happened
So i don't how to make that backtrace again
