You can't pay an hour rate to the scripter. It doesn't work that way. Pay for the assignment done, not an hour.
For example:
"Create me a color system for players. Every second player should be red, the rest should be white"

Somebody should then estimate how much work needs to be done, how many hours/days, should be calculated into amount to pay.

If you say it like that, then you can't say "$500 a month". Since it doesn't make sense.
We are not doing contract employment to get paid monthly. We are doing Work contract.
