I have a huge impression that either I did something wrong in the fans or the case does not have the right airflow, because it feels that it is just hot inside, even though the temperatures as I check rather not exceed 85C (a few times happened but it was through personal gaming tests on ultra settings, the temperature reached 98C XD)

Go for the case, and also you need an AIO for a CPU like this and for the ram, depends on your budget, if you have a higher budget go for 2 x 16GB or if you have lower just buy the same ram.
