Basically like in that game overgrowth where blood splatters and sticks to the wall. Not like liquid physics, but like 2d particles that put decals on the wall where it lands. Would be freaking cool!

that would still be cool, make them have spasms and grasp their wound in horrible pain before they die of blood loss. (im not a psycho) after their health points fully depletes
maybe if you slash the stomach area, they would drop their intestines too like in l4d
