There is something else you can try...if you're on Steam or Epic you can delete the files slot0.sav and slot1.sav.

Your save files are located here C:\Users\YOUR PC\AppData\Local\Atomfall (change 'YOUR PC' to whatever your PC is called)
in that folder is a folder called PC_ProfileSaves and in this folder is a numbered folder this folder contains your saved games.

Copy the files slot3.sav to slot13.sav to another folder (these are your saved games)

Delete these two files

Start the game and see if that fixes the issue (you may need to reconfigure your settings)

Delete the folders Save00 and Save01 Don't delete anything else as
the other folders are your saved games.
Restart the game and see if that fixes it.

You could wait to see what support have to say if you've contacted them already or you could try the more drastic measure of uninstalling and reinstalling the game (but back up your saved games first). I'd wait for support to come back to you as the uninstall/reinstall is probably the last resort. Sorry I couldn't be more help
