ive managed to duplicate this climbing down a ladder in a watchtower at the waterwheel in the dale

I already finished the game and deleted it, it was a camp next to the prison

I think this will work with any ladder

yeah I can confirm it also happens climbing down the ladder in slatten dale exiting the interchange heading towards the train yard
