I just did one of the missions again (did all the objectives) and still didn't get the weapon

You need to kill enemies in a specific way, mentioned in the kill list info chart. If you kill them however you want, it ain't gonna work.
Example: to get the MP 40 you need to kill the guy (forgot his name) with explosives. Throw a grenade at him or make him step on a mine (although the grenade method is way easier), and see if you get the gun.

that's a already knwon bug that didn't get fixed, but i also unlocked the type 100 with a "workaround" for that too
knock him out and break the fence yourself, then throw him over the fence into the pit, the challenge will count and the type 100 should be unlocked, i did it the same
i think in the video the player knocked the target out after he fixed the mixer, next he carried him to the undamaged fence and just weakned the fence while still holding him, then threw him over the fence and that was it
