Description: I claimed the rewards from the paid pass and they didn't arrive in my gift chest (nor did they arrive in the non-seasonal one).
pd: The video was recorded after I claimed the rewards and continued playing normally; I didn't realize it until I wanted to use the pass items.
I should also mention that the only things I received from the pass were the Realm Gold and the experience boost. (Then I claimed the keys to see if it would fix the problem, thinking it was a visual bug, but it wasn't.)
