Currently they are at a 10% chance if I recall correctly

I see 1 player on right now.. Saturday night. I would caution you, as I come from the Sentience AI server (which was AWESOME but SO HARD) that if you make SCUM too hard people will not play.

Sure i made the survival elements alot more noticeable, but thats what the server is for. Default scum to me has almost no survival elements (Plays more like RUST). I also dont really care to advert other than here atm.

Iv played a few vanilla wipes and some community servers and i just got bored of how easily you get end game gear from the most basic areas. Figured instead of modding single player for me id just work on a MP server and if people decide to try it, cool.
