I was previewing what choices I would have when a prerequisite civic gets flipped and noticed an issue. Capital Punishment is showing me the options of Nuclear Disarmament and Nuclear Proliferation instead of the appropriate ones.
I mean, I know they murdered someone, but to destroy the entire city for one person's crime? LOL
