Playing multiplayer with TOGETHER WE RULE expansion, I am the only player who owns the expansion and am the game host.
All players have built embassies, but I, the only player who owns the expansion can see the 'EMBASSY' tab in the diplomacy screen. In the instance where a player who does NOT have the expansion is proposed a treaty in the embassy, the embassy diplomacy screen is available for them to respond, but once closed is not available again.
Please see attached to observe the player who does not own the expansion having the embassy screen, but not the tab to access it.
