The Mairiseth Telearat is a celebration of the estival season, a joining together of familiar faces and friends yet to come as they wander the various pavilions and stalls displaying well-crafted wares from around the Elven Nations.

As eccentric as the summer breeze, the market opens for a brief time along the coastal cliffs, the merchants and vendors covering the cobblestones with brightly colored shops while the rooftops above echo with the sounds of song and merriment.

Queen Rhosyn Nalfein and the portmaster of Nielira Harbor cordially invite you and yours to attend the Mairiseth Telearat this Lumnea the sixth through the eighth as we toast to another fruitful season for those who call the harbor home.

Mairiseth Telearat, or night traders, is typically shortened to "maithlea" and is the generally accepted term for night markets in the Elven Nations. There are other, regional terms, often making use of some combination of elun, naira, erenien, or veleriel coupled with various terms for market, merchant, or trading, but none have taken hold like maithlea.

Nielira Harbor welcomes all visitors and artisans to attend and participate in the Mairiseth Telearat from the 6th of Lumnea until the 9th (June 6th 9pm EST - June 8th 12 midnight).

FAQ:
Where's the entrance at?
[Nielira Harbor, Cliffside] (u14150116)

How long is the festival going to be out?
June 6th 9pm EST to June 8th at midnight!

Will the festival shops still be out after midnight on June 8th?
They will not, so buy accordingly!

How do I get to Nielira Harbor?
Nielira Harbor can be reached via OSA ships or the portmaster.
But I don't have an OSA ship!
No worries, you can pay the portmaster at any OSA port to escort you safely to Nielira.

How can I access my bank from Nielira Harbor?
There is a bank at the port tied to your Elven Nations bank account, as well as FW access, so you can pop over to Mist Harbor for your banking (and locker) needs.

Will there be raffles?
Yes, yes there will be there! I'll be setting them all up throughout the festival area and they will all draw on Sunday. You DO NOT need to be present at the time of the drawing, but I will mail your prize to you. If it's for something customized, please ensure your play.net email is valid.

Can I set up my market booth/stall/thing too?
YES YOU CAN. You can set up your own shop anywhere in the festival area.

What can I do during merchant downtime?!
There will be 10 unique bugs and 10 birds available only during the Mairiseth Telearat.

Copies of foraged item props will (probably) be placed outside of the festival area as well, so everyone has a chance to gather at their own pace (and away from the crowds).

There are also spots along the bottom of the festival area where you can fish. And picnic. And craft. And buy souvenirs.

Sometimes we just do lore drops when we have opportunity. If there is a pay event running, we'll hold it until the beginning of the following month if it isn't tied to the pay event.

This is a perfume creator like the Bee's Knees, but it uses hornets as the collector. The hornet will only go after a foraged rose, and it has incense options instead of blossom options.

There are 14 opening sentences, 35 incense components, and then single sentences for all 39 roses in the game.

Copies of foraged item props will (probably) be placed outside of the festival area as well, so everyone has a chance to gather at their own pace (and away from the crowds).

There are also spots along the bottom of the festival area where you can fish.  And picnic.  And craft.  And buy souvenirs.```

I'll be setting up again on Saturday and at least once on Sunday at some point.. I wouldn't mind being in the festival proper, it just felt weird (because.. unknown!) to do that tonight.

I have to stop what I'm doing to say, like the amazing shops, artisan NPC, bugs/birds, and pluckables aside -the room descriptions and ambients are beautiful and fun to see.

And I think we get really beautiful and immersive ambients in a lot of our festivals, that I've failed to stop and point out how much I've enjoyed them. It makes a difference. This is just overall a really nice chilled out experience so far, so thanks. ^_^

The lanterns should be seen when you release them during the festival by others in Ta'Nalfein. If you release them outside that holiday or elsewhere it's in the room only. If you look up or look sky in TN during the event you will see whether it's "active"

I finally caught a fish only 6lbs. ```Measuring about a foot from the tip of its long snout to its tapered caudal, the tilefish has a dull, olive-grey body with barely visible vertical striping. Golden lines, shadowed in a purplish hue, stretch from its nose to its high-set eyes. Its dorsal fin extends along most of its back, while the fin on its pale belly is half its length and set towards its tail.

It depends. I ran ;mapmap map which does quite a lot looking for exits, like climbing in stools after having sat in them.

I think 59 or 60 rooms were added after ;mapmap so you can always ;e echo Room.current.inspect to see if it found anything of interest in a given room.

I really want a dual weapon display, but every one I've tried in the past does not allow my weapons. I've bugged it several times and have never heard/seen anything, nor has the script ever been fixed to accept my weapons. Fishing will be added somewhere along Nielira Harbor's boardwalk by the end of the month.

I'll more than likely move the consumables (Tokens of My Confection and Opulent Elixirs) into the backrooms of the Nielira Harbor shops, but also an end of the month endeavor, so please feel free to purchase what you need now.

I want to give a big shoutout to all the GMs that made this wonderful weekend possible. The shop inventories were amazing, the ambients and room descriptions exquisite, and the volume of merchanting done was just incredible. I also want to specificly thank those involved in the lore event, that was hands down my absolute favorite part and I shall cherish my tome for years. Grand Slam with this one!

Honestly, I don't know what it is, but I love these 3-day weekend festivals so much more. The RP is strong, the items are good, the merchants outdo themselves every time. Ever since Yuvi Qorit these types of festival runs have been my favorite. They're just far more personable. My thanks to everyone involved in it, GM's and players both.

I was not able to attend due to RL but everything I've heard (and read) sounds like this was a really amazing festival! I really enjoyed reading everything on the wiki around it (and special thanks to a friend for picking up something for me this weekend). really nice to see festivals bringing more life to the various OSA-accessed port cities and towns, considering they don't have all of the standard full town amenities.

This festival was such a delight. I'm still amazed at how much you managed to fit into just 2.5 days! There was always something fun to jump into. I especially appreciated thoughtful touches like the foraging props outside the grounds. Such a considerate detail that made things smoother for everyone. Between this event and the previous one at Sleeping Drake Harbor, I am really liking OSA-themed festivals. It's been a long time (if ever) that I've been to an event on the east side of the Dragonspine. I also must have liked it enough to run ;mapmap map (which I haven't done in several years at least) because no one else had done it yet. The gswiki work by staff in advance is also really nice, so we appreciate your time.

Other details as far at the scenery, RP, merchants, fishing, etc, ditto others.
