its the ones from old eg grounds before caligos that you could pay to uncurse the quest item and it would turn into a prismatic ball of ether you can then use a spirit battery ontop of the x a day. This one has dauntless in it though useless to anyone else since they are bound.

mmmm well to a gm maybe but they won't tell you who has it. The other ether didn't have a recall not sure if that would tell.

A GM may be willing and able to do the reverse, though. Return a lost item to owner. Recall might say and it’s easy to test by loresinging

Also, REGISTER INFO doesn't require a GM... but some output like that is wonky, and will only give a name if that person is logged into the game. A quick test with REGISTER INFO to my own ball of ether does not require me in game:

The ball of ether was last registered to MyPaladin Oldtimer.

Unfortunately and oddly, "INFO" isn't listed in the help with "REGISTER" if you just type 'register', so you have to know it exists to use it.
