Here's what I got left......well, for now...all items tradeable for a nice bow, enchanting services, or grit services...

  3. Dark red skull-tooled boots. Dwarven stompin' boots (2003, updated 2024), 8 verbs...not sure if they are for stomping dwarves or dwarves stomping around - 750k

  4. Spiked Golvern Buckler - +25, fire flares, spiked, lighter than average bucklers at only 3 pounds. 350k

  5. 4x holy greatshield, 5x holy morning star, flaring helmet, arm, and leg greaves.....not sure the flares on the legs. 700k takes all

  6. bag o'death messages and random other stuff - 7 custom death messages, 1 makeup, 1 custom spell visual and 1 custom firework - 750k

are forest armor's special abililties on a partciular cooldown? Wiki is a little vague

They are random abilities, not like physically activated via tap/prod/etc. action. The wiki is also vague, but I believe forest gnomes get an additional +1. I should say the armor is charged as well.

ARMOR UNLOCKS
TIER 4

You will receive a greater awareness of your environmental surroundings. In addition, you will experience heightened sensitivity to the shadows, light, and darkness. Your survival instincts will become slightly elevated. And finally, you will react more intuitively to irregularities in the terrain. Your armor will occasionally call upon Wind Gust, Leaf Swirl, Mud Sling, and Woodland Empathy. Current verbs are: CLEAN, EXHALE, GAZE, KNOCK, PRAISE, PULL, REMOVE, RUB, SENSE, SHAKE, TICKLE, TURN, and WEAR.

Armor can now be activated inside, outside, or in water, and spending time indoors will no longer cause your pyrothag hide coat-of-plates to return to its natural state.

This pyrothag hide coat-of-plates is Tier 4 of 4 Tiers. Tier 4 is a rarer tier. Forest Armor was first released at Briarmoon Cove 2016.
ENHANCIVE UNLOCKS
The PERCEPTION enhancive has not been unlocked but provides +1 to PERCEPTION.
The STALKING/HIDING enhancive has not been unlocked but provides +1 to STALKING/HIDING.
The SURVIVAL enhancive has not been unlocked but provides +1 to SURVIVAL.
The CLIMBING enhancive has not been unlocked but provides +1 to CLIMBING.

You can tell that the coat-of-plates is as light as it can get.

You estimate that a flowing distressed leather duster with wooden toggles can store an incredible amount with enough space for any number of items.

It looks like this item has been mainly crafted out of leather, an extremely common material.

The leather duster is a garment that changes messaging depending on the climate you're in, or whether it is raining/snowing outside. This item can be altered, it just needs to remain the basic essence of what the item is (no changing a cloak into a dress, but a cloak into a coat is fine).

The duster is fully unlocked, but does not have the feature concealer ability. It has 12 verbs.

The duster is currently hooded, but it could have a custom hood added by a skilled merchant.
