At long last, Cysaegir citizens have new ways to express themselves (or just do some things they could before). Some of these verbs have additionally be modernized to current standards.

The following verbs have been updated to include citizenship versions:

Some of these updates are relatively expansive, so I'll slowly be working on getting the wiki updated with them (but I wanted to announce before people really saw them in game and went WHAT IS THAT?!)

Thank you again to those who entered the contest. We had some incredible entries and I'm so excited to get them released to you all!

I would like to thank GM Vanah, especially, for her help in learning how to do this. Without her, this wouldn't be possible... or it would have been severely delayed. And also, GM Ethereal who puts up with my questions a lot.

Additional thanks to my QCers: GM Isten, Modrian, Yusri, and Vanah here again.

Know what I hate? That playershop ownership is tied to citizenship.
Because that is amazing and I want it but I can't give up Traiva's citizenship without some funky rearranging of shop stuff.

I went kind of crazy with the detail of usage in different places. I'm amazed you went for it.

Ooo, love whistle.

upbeat pawn

Phew, okay! That's all of them. I got the general information onto the wiki as I went along... but I may have rabbit-holed myself into updating the template and form (again) for verbs which will make it even more easy. We'll see.

river ravine
#

That would be rad if Cysaegir citizens could communicate that way, at least even just in a basic way within a local environment. You got my wheels spinning.

#

Like a whistle version of FANSPEAK .

I love whistle!
Point of feedback, right now whistle and whistle self send the same output to others in the room (only what we see locally is different).

bold condor
#

hmm, an easter egg in Whistle as well??

upbeat pawn
#

Nope, the only easter egg is in GLANCE

bold condor
#

really? The same output? Ok, thank you.

bold condor
#

May I gently petition for the output to match? This would be a great additional roleplay tool beyond the base whistle.

upbeat pawn
#

You are welcome to petition. However that does not mean that this will change or that it is within the scope of this project. This release was already a rather ambitious and expansive project to complete, especially taking into consideration that there was an incredibly amount of messaging to be coded. Along with that, not all verbs need to have 3rd party messaging that directly matches the 1st party messaging. As I stated, in this case, it was intentional.

I appreciate the work that's gone into this. I hope my request here doesn't indicate otherwise, as this request isn't negative feedback.

So consider this my petition, thank you. If you know of & can point me to a better place to request besides this feedback area, please let me know and I'll follow up there as well.

upbeat pawn

I didn't take it as negative feedback. And this would be the place for it as this forum is dedicated to the release of these verbs.
