Keep in mind, PPs take you to 150 services. Mixing them would waste all the grit.

You could also probably Pcalc the armor so you'd know how many points you were looking for.

Why would it be a waste? Couldn't you just do PPs at some point to make up the difference? Like going form 5CER to 10CER? Or do you pay the same amount regardless up to 10CER/150 services.

Nope. PP padding costs X. It brings your thing to 150 services. If you start with 149 services, you pay X for 1 service. If you start with zero you pay X for 150.

It doesn’t matter how much work you’ve already had done. You’ll have to pay for the full cost of 150 services. And you’ll only have 150 Services when it’s done.
