Fun fact about the valence script.... it really does make this sigil-etched shadowy black tomahawk of death live up to it's name...
An ethereal bluish-green light swirls around the blade of Kontii's xazkruvrixis tomahawk, and it quickly grows translucent before vanishing.```
Extraplanar Bane Affinity - Increases potency of extraplanar bane by +10 AS.
Every 3 minutes: The War Winds (RAISE) - An AoE SMR attack to knock down foes. Up to 5 creatures or a player.
Every 3 minutes: The Void's Grip (POINT) - An SMR attack to do cold damage and root a foe in place.
Every 20 minutes: Slice of Shien'tyr (WAVE) - An AoE SMR attack to reduce foes' defenses, by -30 DS temporarily.
Every 30 minutes: Life and Death (PUSH) - Increase AS/CS per successful attack for 30 seconds, costing health. AS (+10) and CS (+6) from each successful attack, but drains HP (-3) from the user as it goes. A cap on both AS/CS (+50/+30) and HP loss (-15) is set.
If you have Valence armor also equipped:
Every 20 minutes: Incision of the Igaesha (TURN) **Double strikes on all attacks for 1 minute** - can't recall what the cooldown is on this. I'll try to test it later.
Bearing both a Valence Weapon and Valence Armor unlocks a special ability (Incision of the Igaesha), which is activated via TURN to grant a number of double strike attacks based on the average tier of the weapon and armor.
