But honestly, you should set it up as an auction here - always a chance someone else out there would pay more for it....

Of course --- take your original post above (no need to start a new thread)... and edit the bottom of it where you said "Thoughts? thank you." with:
CB: 1m Kontii
(CB= Current Bid) - And update it once per day as "going once, going twice, sold" or whatever schedule/length works best for you
If you have a "buyout" price in mind where you'd just be comfortable selling it if anyone that wanted to pay that flat amount, add a "BO: X Millions" below the CB
