#What in the World does BCS stand for?

Base creature system
Hah, I was so far off.
I'm happy to help you come up with alternative abbreviations 😀
Basic chocolate soda
Burly crocodile scales
Big crusty sword
Beautifully curvaceous succubus
If there was more room in the TownCrier for sarcasm about announcements, I'd take you up on the alternatives, Miss Naamit
As an FYI, searching the wiki for BCS will bring up that wiki page immediately. And Base Creature System/Basic Creature Script are pretty much used interchangeably.
I mostly use/see what ktig said though.
Remember, April 1st is nigh
and of course, your (unstated) statement is accurate, but please know that no one meant to leave anyone out in the dust here. ❤️
It is ... and I have the Termite Battle of Doom next week. We're getting no April Fools headlines at the TownCrier this year
My vote is for the Beautifully Curvaceous Succubus to win, btw.
No one ever MEANS to leave people in the dust, that's actually the crux of the presentation. Well, normally, they do not mean to.
This is why the TownCrier rarely ever uses initails when actual words will communicate more effectively.
Black Castle Swan is a swan in Black Swan Castle
I used BSQ for Black Swan Quest to get around that confusion
Black Swan Fiasco, never going back to all that puzzle-ation
There was also the ORIGINAL Black Swan Castle Fiasco in GS2 when ... the Really Special GS2 code/database added the entire area to its midnight snack one night.
... never to be seen again. I think that was the point they decided not to rebuild anything that disappeared if they could not find it in 5 minutes.
GS3 was the ultimate solution to the self-modifying game system that GS2 had become.
One adventurer Trugyrth (spelling!??) was completely out of a job when it happened, he always gave the Castle Guided Tours!
lol, Yardie and Draelor and I spent one night in there that was painfully memorable HELL of just failing at verbs when we even used the walkthru. Never again!
The GS2 one was nowhere the same, it was a puzzle-entrance to a hunting ground.
Was like "this door should open, but I don't know the verb" (25 min later).... "Oh, weird, a door you PUSH"
I absoutely LOATHE the Guess The Syntax games. So I am right there with you over our Black Swan Castle!
We are just not puzzle people when a good sword and murder will solve most puzzles. Anyway, back to Basic Creature Systems!
Which is better today than it was yesterday! I passed the news off to Miss Newsby! Yay for new GMs fixing old things!
