I'm trying to figure out the difference between a Reserved demeanor and a Cold demeanor, as it seems both keep people from touching you. . . and there's no clear reason for one over the other. I thought Cold disallowed even whispers, but that doesn't seem the case.
Is there a way to avoid whispers without going semi-nuclear with WARN INTERACT?
(I don't like putting names in a squelch/ignore list, because that kills the entire Also here line when that person is in the room.)

I'm not aware of any mechanic that prevents whispers -- just visible whispers (blocked by reserved/cold demeanors). If you do not want to see whispers from a specific person, you could set up as an ignore line "NAME whispers," -- which will not kill the Also here line.
