#[THANK YOU MERAKI] [RESOLVED] Request - Recall Update - Firewheel Flares
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Better yet @hearty locust willing to drop a recall here for an item with firewheel flares?
And that's an originally firewheel item, not one that had flares added later, right?
No, hold on. That one's starsong. Huh.
But it kept its flares?
Yeah, I remember, just don't recall seeing a specific case for the transmutes. Ok, so I'm also curious what @worthy pond sees in his recall, and whether it's different for flares that were added than from transmutes.
Ok, got it. I'll raise this.
Gloves. Thank you for the lookout, though.
Logging in. Please standby.
Update: Gah, not permaloresonged
Firewheel flares do not in anyway show up in a loresong
Great, thank you. Raised to dev, I'll come back if I hear something.
and firewheel flares added or natural firewheel doesn't change that. Same result. no info.
For full info.
Sword with firewheel flares added
It imparts a bonus of +40 more than usual.
It appears to weigh about 5 pounds.
It is estimated to be worth about 1,000,000,000 silvers.
It is heavily weighted to inflict more critical wounds than a normal weapon of its type. (9-10 CER)
It is predominantly crafted of eahnor.
It has been ensorcelled 5 times.
It has been sanctified 5 times. It has permanent Holy Fire flares.
It has been bound to Jaysehn via Weapon Bonding.
It may be enchanted up to a bonus of 40 by a wizard and was last enchanted by Akenna.
It is a daunting project (926 difficulty) for an adventurer to modify.
It has some unknown (subscripted) benefit.
It has a permanently unlocked loresong by Tafkap.
It has the following restrictions:
This item is restricted to use by your account.```
Natural firewheel crossbow
```>recall my crossbow
As you recall Tafkap's song, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the firewheel hand crossbow in your hand, and you learn something about it...
It imparts a bonus of +20 more than usual.
It appears to weigh about 4 pounds.
It is estimated to be worth about 1,650,000 silvers.
It is lightly sighted to assist in aiming than a normal weapon of its type.
It is predominantly crafted of firewheel.
It has been ensorcelled 1 time.
It is temporarily blessed against the undead.
It has been sanctified 1 time.
It is an involved project (242 difficulty) for an adventurer to modify.
It has a permanently unlocked loresong by Tafkap.```
Helpful, thank you.
@hearty locust @worthy pond I'm told that BUGITEM would be appropriate here.
I think I did that a few times?
My weapon is bugged because lesser moods is also breaking the show, since it doesn't play nice with firewheel flares fully. But I can bug again. I just don't want to keep submitting different firewheel related bugs on the same weapon over and over.
If you've done it, probably no need to do it again. But that's what was suggested.
yeah I just rebugged it
Just passing along Estild's guidance. The Flares wiki mentions a firewheel loresong. I'm curious if something broke.
Though the loresong mentioned is about more fearsome wounds, which I'm pretty sure is the crit weighting message...
here again
I got a specifically vague response, but no further follow-up.
Personally, my hunch is that it's something that never got built. So not a bug as such?
The specifically vague response was that for your specific transmute case, BUGITEM was appropriate. But there was no mention of the general problem.
Yes please
Nope. I tell the devs what I see, and they run rampant from there
I can ask, but "who" questions aren't frequently answered
It's me. I'm the void
I'll bump. as is tradition
👍
Alsemer quit so now we're at square one!
#gamemaster-endnotes message
The presence of Firewheel flares should now be a bit more obvious when loresinging or recalling an item with them.
