You know they sold upgrade parchments at EG this past year. No RNGesus needed. I am guessing some people may have them still and I wouldn't doubt if they are for sale again this year.

That's correct, it was being sold off the shelf at this past EG. Edited because I don't run the event and I can't speak to next year.

Yup, maxed out my monks Voln armor due to that nice upgrade parchment at DR.

Yeah. I did T1 to T3 at this last event and it has made a tremendous difference.
