#Game stuck right before the end

Hm. Not sure of the origin for this. I put in a prospective fix but I think this might be engine-level. Do you remember if you were skipping at the time this error occurred?
It happens both if you skip or don't
does it help if I upload the save?

just go forward until Kai and Vaela talk about the pet app
and the game should get stuck once it reaches the screenshot above
Mm, I think I've got the issue on that one. It'll cause the skip to not be smooth for the section, but otherwise the characters could get removed/deleted when the hide command finishes executing, leading to an unrecoverable error when luna's sprite is told to hide (but doesn't exist due to already having been removed). Fix should be in next patch!

i played through again and chose the dog instead, worked fine
When will that fix be implemented? The game has become unplayable. Whenever I want to save a game now, I not only can't save it, but I can't continue as well. The Quit and the Load buttons aren't working anymore, thankfully the Exit button still is. I've restarted the game a couple of times, with no avail.
I assume so as well, I tried a new save, but the game froze and gave up π
I assume Luna assassinated my run because she doesn't like fish

I'm getting as far as the following screenshot, then, when I go on and want to save again, it doesn't work anymore.

I loaded an older save from my Iris route, skipped ahead plenty and had no problems there...
I guess my Luna run will have to wait until the bug fixer has returned from the holidays.

Definitely wasn't fixed as no update occurred between the 18th and yesterday iirc. (Presuming you were playing on the 18th with the build that was available on the 12th that had episode 2's voices) If so that'd mean this is some manner of unreliably reproduced instability. Will have to ponder how I might be able to catch that narrative-design wise.
