How do I change my notion/gameplay from a casual player to a true ''northgard strategist''?

Glad you are enjoying the game. I found language is not essential in learning Northgard. I used to watch a guy who played with his client in Japanese and no narration. Just play the clan yourself so you know what the mechanics are then you won’t need to read/listen to anything, just watch and take notes in your own language and there’s your guide.
