Hearts not going up on the Alaskan Survival modpack

Was curious as to why my hearts aren't going up? I've got full hunger and thirst bars, and all the water I'm drinking is purified now. Is there something else I need to worry about for letting my character heal? Also is there a button to access the injury tab thing for this pack? Also not on hardcore mode, so not sure if that has anything to do with it?

You can set the keybind to access the injury tab thing, but you have to go into your keybinds. Scroll down to near the bottom to the heading "Legendary Survival Overhaul" and "Show Body Health". You can then customize the keybind.

btw do you know how to add the watchtower to your map

Natural regeneration is defaulted to be off. You need the regeneration effect to heal or turn natural regeneration on with this command, if you have cheats enabled:
/gamerule naturalregeneration true
