It worked but its kind of inconvenient
it restored like half a heart

same question here...finally managed to get all the way filled with food, no longer thirsty thanks to purified water, and I got a bed and finally slept. But still stuck at half a heart for health. healing herbs seem not to do anything as I don't have any damaged limbs. It's like I'm stuck being prompted for an area to heal but there's nowhere to heal.
How can I get my health back?
