I have an immediate crash on first launch of the server with the modpack. The error is:

The only "different" thing I'm doing is running the server via the well-known itzg/minecraft-server docker container.

Hmm true. It actually recentlt got server support but that's probably more recent versions
Didn't think about the pack having client only mods

Yeah, none of Sean's modpacks are made with server packs, so they sometimes have conflicting mods, hence why server hosting sites don't usually have them available

You could also just manually remove it from the pack you put into the server
