Wombat God's mod pack issues

I'm trying to get to work some mods present in the modpack of this guy called Wombat God (on CurseForge the modpack is called Wombat's Amalgamation). However he somehow managed to make Forge and Fabric stuff (while using Oculus) work together without using the Syntria Connector. He uses a Forge Mod loader. My main issues are fps, gpu and cpu problems and sometimes mod incompatability despite all of them working for him.
