When using the armor swap hotkeys, if you time it as the ability duration ends, you can skip the cooldown.
For example, the silva revive on auric tesla or the gem respawn cooldown on gem tech.

If you look after 2:26 the cooldown doesn't even appear
As for additional mods that could cause this, i have none
(Like no mods that should be able to affect calamity cooldowns)
