In my opinion, the damage doesn't match up with the crafting requirements, it should do 2-4k damage instead of 990, plus, if you miss the shot, the orbs would still seek the enemy, but deal 50% of the damage it would do if you actually hit an enemy. if not 2-4k, just generally buff the damage, its my favorite ranged weapon in the game, to be honest.

Personally never had too much of an issue with the pulse rifle but doubling or even quadrupling the damage is overkill
You also seem to have a lot of items from different mods, try fighting a boss with only Calamity on

Calamity Overhaul is not and will never be endorsed by Calamity. The two mods have very different definitions of balance and many Overhaul weapons are very strong compared to their Calamity counterparts.
Pulse Rifle is one of the stronger option for Yharon, and your suggestion would easily place it above most Shadowspec weapons.
In the future, please only compare Calamity weapons against other Calamity weapons. No changes are needed, closing this thread.
