1: nowhere does it say you can't report bugs from older versions.
2: it used to exist, according to a dev, but they removed it. Other people were telling me to check for that, which made me think it just wasn't there on my end, but I've confirmed with a friend that there is indeed no option to increase mining speed on our current version.
