#CalamityModMusic not playing even with mod subscribed/installed

Can't hear Calamity Mod Music soundtracks despite having mod installed and enabled. Have tried resubscribing, enabling/disabling. Friends who have also played the mod say that there is something to enable in resource packs, but nothing shows up in resource pack folder. I have progressed quite far into the playthrough and gone to various calamity specific biomes and bosses, and not heard the music.

There might be a resource pack interfering is what your friends mean

Also bug checklist I mean boss checklist can cause a lot of lag issues so disable it

What music do you hear in the sunken sea?

Didn't go to sunken sea, but went to space and still hear the default music

One thing I did notice is that in the main menu, I can switch the theme to calamity and I do here then main theme calamity music there

Ok I was streaming to my friend and when I went to the sulfuric sea, my friend told me he was hearing the calamity music (I can't really test since i havent heard it myself LOL), but in space I don't hear the music which is very odd

Also another note is that I am also playing on a server but the same issue is in multiplayer as well so I doubt an issue lies there

If you want themes for vanilla biomes go install that mod

I assumed that it was part of the calamity mod music mod because my friend only has that mod installed, and not the calamity vanilla music mod

Yet they still hear a different soundtrack in space

Also aside from that I'm perplexed as to why I don't see anything in my resource packs folder, is something supposed to appear there?

Those are installed on Vanilla’s workshop

The resource pack is not official and you should probably disable it if you’re gonna play Calamity

Go use Vanilla Calamity Music mod instead
