Lost Connection in online

I've been trying to play with a friend but everytime i try to conect to his world I get the message of "Lost connection"

we completed the Calamity version prior to 2.0 with only minnor bugs

Is the "Lost connection" instant?

kind of, it start with "connecting" but after a couple of seconds it gives me lost connection

oh thanks! also, this issue happened some months ago, and our world was already proggresed. I we disable all mods at that point it could corrupt the world? in that case what should we do? thanks for the answer

If you disable mods mid-playthrough, then there is a high chance that your world will be corrupted.
As the fix says, please make a backup of your world before trying it

Problem solved. Your friend is using a different version of tModLoader than you.
Tell them to downgrade to the 1.4 stable branch

yeah we just discussed that on vc, he's using Tmod v2023 and im using Tmodv2022
