Bug Description: _ Attempting to use a codebreaker to decrypt the sunken sea schematic, but it says that I don't have a decryption computer despite being the schematic needed to craft the decryption computer
How to cause it: _ Unknown
Multiplayer: yes
Windows 10 PC
Computer has a dedicated graphics card
16 GB of ram (although a lot of it is being used whenever I use tmodloader)

ok, I thought this was fixed, but its an issue with multi player
