I actually have a weird gripe with Calamity's OST and it's not the OST's fault, it's the mod's. Which is that right now, I kind of don't feel like any part of the game earns having lyrics. This is purely a vibes thing for me and I can't tell you why, but when a game OST includes lyrics, I feel like it needs enough melodramatic flair or over-the-top aesthetic to earn it. So far only Final Fantasy has earned lyrics in its OST for me.
