basically, your mana can go into the negatives and it amplifies all your outgoing damage(not just magic damage) with a special burn(not a debuff, can stack on itself)

at the cost of burning your health away

but it doesn't interrupt regen

so if you can invest in regen accessories like permafrost's concoction and the radiant ooze line for example, you can counterract the burn and do higher damage for basically free

I went full arcane reforges cuz it buffs magic damage now too

until then, invest in basic regen

you've essentially just spent an extra accessory for what is basically a dimentional soul artifact

which, if you're fine with using dsa, thats fine, but dsa is a niche item for a reason
