This was against king slime and eye of cthulhu, I had just been farming them a lot for money.
Pre-update, contact hit by king slime dealt ~120 damage, emerald crystal dealt 80-90.
EoC, everything dealt like 90 damage.

Now,
King slime dealt 23 contact damage.
crystal dealt 25 contact damage,
EoC dealt also ~25 damage.

notably this stealth works even without rogue armor so u can use it to get stealth strikes without the required armor

mine always has:

• hamaxe, grand design, wires, actuators (building helpers that it's far easier to have on hand than pull out whenever you need them)
• piggy bank, void bag, safe (bonus inventory space; defender's forge is carried inside the safe)
• wood, gel, torches (always needed and very commonly acquired items)
• binoculars (very underrated item)
• cell phone or its derivative
• summon weapon and sentry weapon (free damage with no opportunity cost)
  which eats up the entire second row of my inventory
