What if yharon works like deerclops, where he won't despawn after you die and will instead keep wandering around* to hunt you down, slowly regenerating it's health? Same if you teleport away/get far enough to make him lose sight of you
If you get him to resurrect phase though, you can't escape, and if you die yharon goes away to hibernate and will show up next day at phase 1 full health (you can speed this up with cosmolight)
