Hmm, it will really depend on what fauna we create for Chrysadia (I didn't make plans because this ties to gameplay), but it's not particularly unique since there were familiar crops and cattle.
I'd say there was a balance of meats, vegetables and dairy products, with a prevalence of stews and wheat products. Meat was harvested from animals such as lambs, goats, rabbits and cows. Cervid meat was overall uncommon and kept to special events, though hunters and aristocrats saw it in their plates more often.
